ALEXSOF DDR3 Laptop RAM Analyzer Card v2.0

The ALEXSOF DDR3 Analyzer v2.0 is designed to diagnose DDR3 RAM circuits and motherboard issues. It measures main voltages, displays POST codes when supported by the motherboard, monitors SMBus activity, analyzes data protocols, and reads SPD firmware. Main functions: - Instant measurement of SPD, VDD, VTT, RCA, RDQ, and RST voltages. - Displays FLOAT when a line is connected incorrectly. - Highlights an incorrect voltage with a different background color. - Displays components connected to the SMBus, including processors, chips, RAM, and other components. - Reads SPD firmware data. - Monitors the internal CPU thermal sensor and other thermal or component sensors when available through the same protocol. - MODE button for processing the RAM internal firmware and displaying motherboard configuration and temperature sensor information. - VDDSPD indicator for power status and RST indicator for reset-signal status. The ALEXSOF GENERATOR section includes GEN SPD for connecting an external SPD chip to the SMBus, GEN RST for generating a reset signal, and PULL RST for providing a suitable reset voltage when the voltage is missing. It also provides 9 test points: EVENT#, RAS#, CAS, WE#, CKE1, CKE0, A1, A0, and VSS.
